Hannah Wyatt
Managing Director, Factual Entertainment and Events
Hannah oversees the creative, commercial and operational strategy for the Factual Entertainment and ...Events production. This includes the Events and Factual Entertainment teams. She also oversees development of new factual entertainment formats to ensure the continued creative growth of IP in this key genre.

Katie Brewer
Director of Production, Factual Entertainment and Events
Katie Brewer is the Director of Production for Factual Entertainment and Events and leads the produc...tion and business teams in developing, winning and producing commissions across all the BBC Studio Factual Entertainment bases across the UK. She is responsible for helping define and deliver the commercial strategy to grow the business and has overall production management responsibility for the genres large slate of programmes. In addition, she leads on the department's expansion into AVOD and driving new business in international territories. Katie works with the Unscripted, Events, Factual Entertainment and Digital Originals teams.

Sallie Bevan
Head of Production
Sallie has wide-ranging production experience, with previous leadership roles in Natural History and... Documentaries, News and Radio. She is currently Head of Production for Unscripted Productions, overseeing teams across four UK bases, delivering 300+ hours of content a year, notably many top-rated UK shows for BBC, ITV, Channel 5 and Channel 4.

Gary Broadhurst
Executive Producer
Gary currently oversees Gardeners’ World and the RHS Bridgewater documentary series. Previously he w...orked in the independent sector as executive producer on a broad range of popular factual formats and features including Great British Menu (BBC Two) and Operation Royal Wedding (National Geographic).

Harriet Dormer
Head of Production, Factual Entertainment and Events
Harriet joined BBC Studios in October 2020 from her previous role as Head of Production for Little G...em Media. She has worked across a large number of shows at various companies both in the UK and the US. Credits include Friday Night Project (Channel 4), Celebs Go Dating (E4) and The Singles Project (Bravo) among others.

Fran Haines
Head of Development
Based in Bristol, Fran joined BBC Studios in 2018 and since then has helped secure new business with... the BBC, Channel 4 and UKTV. Prior to focusing on developing factual-entertainment formats, she enjoyed working on a broad range of hit shows – from Made in Chelsea to The Hotel, Shop Well for Less, Celebrity Juice and Mock the Week.

Martha Housden
Creative Director of Development
Martha Housden is the Creative Director of Development for Factual Entertainment and Events at BBC S...tudios which means she has a strategic and creative overview of all the development teams across the department. A trained journalist, she has spent her career creating, devising and selling factual entertainment formats with global appeal and scale at some of the UK’s leading production companies. Her credits include Hungry For It (BBC Three), Master of Ceremonies (BBC Two), First Dates Hotel (C4), The Audition Room (ITV) and Junior Doctors (BBC Three) amongst many others.

Tammy Hoyle

Tammy Hoyle is the Creative Director of Development for America and SVODs in Factual Entertainment a...nd Events at BBC Studios. She has worked in production and development at a wide range of companies including Endemol, Mentorn and Label1, and held a commissioning role at Channel 4. Development credits include Five Guys A Week (C4), The Family Brain Games (BBC Two), Monkman and Seagull’s Genius Adventures (BBC Two) and Sewermen (C5). Production credits include Big Brother, I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here, 24 Hours In A&E and Greggs: More Than Meats The Pie.

Kat Lennox
Creative Director, Factual Entertainment
Kat has been at BBC Studios for two years. Before that she was Executive Producer at Boundless worki...ng on a wide range of stand-out factual entertainment shows for a variety of broadcasters. Credits include Love Island and I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here for ITV, Big Brother for Channel 4 and Secrets in my Family for ‘W’.

Emma Morris
Executive Editor, The One Show & Morning Live
Emma joined BBC Studios in March 2020, initially at The One Show, before launching Morning Live in O...ctober 2020. After a successful run of series in London, Emma has overseen the move to Manchester and will continue to be responsible for the day to day running of the show, alongside working on talent development opportunities for BBC Studios. Credits include 5 News, where she worked as a script writer and Programme Editor, before taking on leadership roles at ITV’s This Morning and Loose Women.

Clare Pizey
Executive Producer, Top Gear
Clare joined Top Gear as the head of editorial content in 2016 and has overseen the creative renewal... of the show with the new presenting trio of Freddie Flintoff, Paddy McGuinness, and Chris Harris. Prior to Top Gear, Clare had been with the BBC for seven years working as the Head of Factual Entertainment. Her credits include Children in Need and Sport Relief.

Adeline Ramage Rooney
Creative Director
Adeline is the Creative Director for Factual Entertainment and Events based in Scotland. Her career ...spans over a decade each in London and Los Angeles where she created or consulted and served as executive producer on multiple global smash hit formats including MasterChef, MasterChef Junior, Emergency Call, Kitchen Nightmares and Hotel Hell.

Juliet Rice
Creative Director, Bristol and Cardiff
Our Bristol unit is a format powerhouse delivering some of the most popular shows on British televis...ion including Countryfile, DIYSOS, Fake or Fortune, Antiques Roadshow, Gardeners’ World and RHS Flower Shows which engage big audiences. The unit is run by Juliet Rice who joined BBC Studios in 2021 from Spun Gold. As a founding member she launched Katie Price and Peter Andre as reality stars as well as making a wide range of popular documentaries for the BBC and Channel 4.

Jessica Singleton
Senior Commercial & Business Development Manager
Jessica joined BBC Studios in 2021 and is the Senior Commercial and Business Development Manager for... Factual Entertainment & Events. Jessica is responsible for sourcing funding partners, developing business models for our brands as well as increasing the commercial value of all IP across the slate. Jessica has a decade of commercial experience in the Film & TV industry having spent most of her career in content distribution before moving across to work in production.

Paul Tucker
Executive Producer
Paul has a key role in making daytime shows. He is the Executive Producer on the flagship show Barga...in Hunt which continues to be the cornerstone of BBC One’s daytime schedule. He has had many successes with new commissions such as Street Auction and Make Me a Dealer as well as continuing to develop new formats for daytime TV.

Chi Ukairo
