An award-winning executive producer, Suzy has also worked in the U.S. as showrunner on multiple NBC commissions.

She was previously Executive Producer at Thames where her credits included Take Me Out, Bang On The Money, Let’s Get Gold, All Star Family Fortunes (ITV), The Price Is Right (Channel 4) and Over The Rainbow (BBC One). Mel also worked in the U.S. as Supervising Producer on NBC’s Clash Of The Choirs and Phenomenon. She is currently launching a dating/reality format which is a bold and exciting creative space for BBC Studios to enter.

Sarah is the Executive Producer for Strictly Come Dancing. She joined Strictly in 2014 as Series Pro...ducer and went on to become Executive Producer in 2019. Under Sarah’s leadership, the team won a BAFTA TV Award in 2019. Previous programmes she has worked on at other Indies include The X Factor, Britain’s Got Talent, Big Brother, The Real Full Monty and The One Show.

Gareth is an experienced studio format and quiz show Executive Producer, with a dual role in product...ion and development. He is primarily focussed on BBC One's A Question of Sport - the world's longest running sports quiz. Having worked on A Question of Sport for over 20 years he has an encyclopaedic knowledge of the programme and has been the Executive Producer since 2015. His other Executive Producer credits include Mastermind (English and Welsh language versions BBC/S4C), The Boss (BBC Daytime Quiz), A Question of Sport @ 50 Documentary (BBC), Sport Relief (BBC), Children in Need (BBC), Sam & Mark's Big Friday Wind Up (CBBC) and Match of the Day Kickabout (CBBC).

Lisa helps deliver the business and commercial strategy for the Entertainment and Music division and... leads the production and business teams in developing, winning and delivering commissions. Lisa was previously Head of Production at Whizz Kid Entertainment, responsible for all aspects of production and development for titles such as Ex on the Beach, Lip Sync Battle UK, the BAFTA Film and Television Awards and Let’s Dance for Comic Relief. Prior to this she worked for MTV Networks International in a variety of roles including Production Executive, Line Producer, Executive Producer, Head of Production and was also Vice President of Production between 2000 and 2008. Lisa began her career as a Production Coordinator/Manager with Hewland International.

With over 20 years of experience in television production, Mark has worked across live and pre-recor...ded entertainment shows, outside broadcasts, factual entertainment and reality television. After working at ITV and in the independent sector for many years, Mark joined the BBC as a Production Manager in 2002 based in Manchester and since 2005 has been managing teams there and in London as a Production Executive and Head of Production. Mark has developed and overseen an extensive and diverse range of series and programmes such as Dragons' Den, The Restaurant, Junior Doctors, A Question of Sport, Eurovision, Comic Relief and Children in Need.

He works across big event Entertainment and Music programming as well as Documentaries and online output, working with very creative colleagues to help deliver amazing and uplifting content. Stan's background has been in Entertainment and comedy production as a Production Manager at the BBC.
